Welcome to My Personal Page

In loving Memory of  our Pastor Lena Arnette Thompson the Founder and Pastor of Life Point Church Jacksonville Florida; We have committed to take part in the Wage Hope at Purple Stride, the walk to end Pancreatic Cancer. Our Pastor and Dear Friend Loved the Lord, helping people, and giving back to the community anyway she could mentally, physically, and financially. Her goal was to make a positive impact on anyone's life. Unfortunately the  impact was short for us due to her being   diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic cancer on September 6, 2018 and transitioned to be with the Lord on October 28, 2018. Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. This deadly disease has claimed the life of one of our greatest and brightest community advocates and many more.

We have stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?

Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.

Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join me in the fight today.

About PanCAN's PurpleStride

The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s (PanCAN) PurpleStride is a year-round national movement that funds life-changing programs and services to accelerate progress for pancreatic cancer patients.

On one powerful day through nearly 60 PurpleStride events nationwide, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is the number-one way PanCAN raises money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
