Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we! I am striding in this years PurpleStride Walk 2022 for my dad. My dad was diagnosed in June 2019 and passed away from a short but brave battle in September 2019.

Joining PanCAN and volunteering as November Awareness Volunteer, has shown me how important it is to continue to fight for more research and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. It requires so many of us to raise awareness about this deadly cancer in order to raise funds, treatment plans to be made, and soon a cure to those suffering from the disease. As a nurse, I continue the same passion working in oncology. By providing those suffering with cancer the opportunity to receive quality medical care.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
