Welcome to my PanCAN Fundraising Page in Honor of William Snyder!

Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser in honor of my father, William (Buster) Snyder!

William David “Buster” Snyder, age 52, passed away peacefully in 2020 after a 15 month fight against pancreatic cancer.

Dad was a lover of the outdoors and unique adventure; enjoying hunting, snowmobiling, traveling out West, running and cycling. He is remembered for his unparalleled business acumen, superior basketball talent, his love for jokes, story telling and laughter, his sincere friendships and left many of the people he loved with one-of-a-kind nicknames. 

I want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and would love your help to do it!

I’m volunteering at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

PurpleStride raises money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Here’s where you come in! I’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal and need your donations! A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
