Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Pancreatic cancer hit our family almost two years ago when my mom was diagnosed on March 8, 2021. Since that diagnosis we decided to live with unstoppable hope.  She has gone through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgery, and two clinical trials to have more time with us.  These clinical trials have given us time that very few pancreatic patients and their families get.  The Pellar, Glaros, Hurey, and Patterson families are participating in their third year of PanCAN’s PurpleStride, a year-round national movement that funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. This money will hopefully help other families get the gift of time.   You can donate to our team or sign up and join us at the walk on 4/29 at Soldier Field in downtown Chicago.

Thank you for your support and helping to give us and other families hit by pancreatic cancer unstoppable hope.
