Pancreatic Cancer Survivor with a Grudge..

Welcome to my PanCan page.

I want to make a positive impact on the lives of other pancreatic cancer patients – and I need your help to do it!

I’m taking steps with PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

I am a 20 year Pancreatic Cancer Survivor. I got lucky. I have seen many friends and family members struggle with Cancer. I have lost some very good people, specifically to pancreatic cancer. I struggle with survivors guilt and doing this fund raiser helps a bit.

Pancreatic Cancer research receives the least amount of funding and has the lowest survival rates. This needs to change.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Here’s where you come in! I’ve set a fundraising goal and need your donations! A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a terrifying pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

Let’s show everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer that we’re fighting for them, so they can all reach a 20 year anniversary.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
