Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Hi Everyone

My team is over half way to their fundraising goal!  We only have about a month to go.  

My goal is to help in anyway I can to prevent any human being from going through what my husband John and I went through.  

PanCAN is working on it every day. John did not consider the 21 months following his diagnosis as a battle.  He was going to lose.....we knew he was going to die.  As of now the survival rate is too low and my dream is one day not to have anyone feel the hopelessness and helplessness that John felt.  We lost John on August 20, 2022. 

On April 29, 2023  me and our team will be participating in a 3 mile walk in Madison WI. Please support us in anyway you can- participate in the walk, fundraise, donate or spread the word.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
