Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Family and friends well another year has gone by and it's time for me to raise funds for the Pan Can which stands for (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network)
PurpleStride walk on 4/27/23 .  This year I am a team captain and Pan Can is one of our clients.  Thanks to all of you that donated last year I was one of the top fundraisers for our company. 

More than 64,000 Americans were diagnosed with this dreadful disease in 2023.  That is 175 people diagnosed every day.

Pancreatic cancer is the 10th most commonly diagnosed cancer in the U.S.

We lost a close family member in November 2021 to this horrid disease which is what got me involved in this worthwhile cause.  His name was Jim Gottfurcht and he was such an all around great guy.  I would really appreciate any donation to this cause on his behalf.  The walk is on April 27th this year.

Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.
