2nd ANNUAL WALK - TEAM BAUER 2024

Dear Family, Friends and CoWorkers:  

Last year I joined Team Bauer for our 1st annual walk in a fundraising event for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCan) Purple Stride Walk in Boston.  Thank you again for all your support as Team Bauer raised over $33K for this event.  It was a huge success and I wouldn't have been able to do it without youR generous donations.  This year the walk is being held on April 27, 2024. I am writing to ask for your support in our fundraising efforts in his honor. I have joined forces with Team Bauer with a slogan of "Kick it in the Can".  Our team is dedicated to raising critial funds for pancreatic cancer research, patient services, and advocacy.

As many of you know, Glen Bauer passed away from pancreatic cancer at the age of 60.  Glen was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is deeply missed by all who knew him but most of all he was our super hero in his fight to overcome this disease.  He was also a passionate advocate for pancreatic cancer research, and he would be so proud of the work that Team Bauer is doing to raise funds for Pan CAN.  This event is a celebration of his life, his legacy, and the impact he made on those around him.  ancreatic Cancer is one of the deadliest cancers, with a five-year survival rate of just 10%.  PanCan is working to change that. Every dollar we raise will make a difference in the lives of pancreatic cancer patients and their families.  Please consider making a donation today.  Your support will help us reach our goal and make a real difference in the fight against pancreatic cancer.
