Welcome to my PanCAN PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser! Since being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer over two years ago, I have pointed several people to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, the host of the PurpleStride walk-a-thon. I, those I have referred, and countless others benefit from the free resources made available by PanCan. Their guidance helped me and Kasi find the best doctors to help us in our fight against pancreatic cancer. They also give us insight into new therapies that are being tested through clinical trials. Perhaps most importantly, PanCan funds research with the goal of finding the cure for this pernicious cancer. Our Lord has been gracious to me and Kasi in that my cancer is now well controlled. Will you help me in my effort to take the fight against Pancreatic cancer to another level? The survival rate for this cancer is only 13%! PanCan, through their work to fund research and studies is laboring to increase that number and they need all of us to help. Thank you for your prayers and any financial support you can give.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
