Thank you for supporting our PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser!

Pancreatic Cancer is truly a monster.  Mom (NeeNee) was diagnosed in August of 2023 and nine months later had passed away.  Those nine months included many trips to the hospital, cancer and radiation treatments, and finally hospice.  PanCan sapped her strength and her desire to live.  It took away someone we loved and now miss deeply.

We want to do everything we can to support those fighting PanCan and to help their families.  We want to support research that will find better treatments and even a cure.

With all that PanCan patients go through and with the strength caregivers need to support their patient on our minds, the least we can do is take a walk on a Sunday in April and raise some money. 

We are eternally grateful for your support!

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
