Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser!

This is really hard for me to write. Currently Gary, Kurtis's dad, is battling pancreatic cancer. Gary grew up in a big family of 11 children, and 5 of them received pancreatic cancer diagnoses during their lifetimes. We also lost Kurtis's cousin recently to pancreatic cancer. 

To say this disease has upended our lives is an understatement. This year Kurtis, Erin, Emmy & Max are running/walking for Gary, and to honor all our friends and relatives who have had to face a cancer diagnosis. 

My dream is to see significant improvements in treatment options for pancreatic cancer patients. Will you help me meet my goals by making a small donation? PanCAN has been an invaluable resource for our family as we navigate this disease, so I know every dollar donated will help other families, too.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.
