Please help support my PanCAN 2025 PurpleStride fundraiser!

I first participated in this walk last year when my wonderful friend Kim rallied a group of friends and colleagues to form a team to help support me in my cancer journey. It was such an inspiring event, surrounded by several hundred other walkers supporting loved ones fighting pancreatic cancer, or honoring those who had lost their fight. 

I walked then as a cancer patient, close to finishing 6 months of chemo and still facing a major surgery. After a successful surgery and 6 months of clear scans, this April I will be walking as a 1-year survivor, continuing to support and encourage others in the fight against this disease. 

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.
