Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser!

I want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and I need you to do it!

As many of you know, I lost both of my parents to this horrific disease.   My mom died on April 9, 2023.   My dad lost his battle just eight months prior on August 30, 2022.  

My mom's two sisters, my Aunties Debbie & Claudette, and I are walking on Saturday, April 27th to honor "Velvanne" and "Big Jim."

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Here’s where you come in! I’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal and need your donations! A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
