Welcome to our team fundraising page!

I am a 12 year survivor of pancreatic cancer  and am very blessed since it has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. When I was diagnosed in 2007, I was no stranger to the disease. My father died in 1991 from it, just 4 months after being diagnosed, an all too familiar scenario. After my surgery, chemo and radiation in 2007, my family & friends were my support that carried me through the fight of my life. But, my story pales in comparison to others who have lost so much. This deadly disease has taken so many, and that has to change. We absolutely need to get that breakthrough for early detection and treatment of pancreatic cancer. I believe that breakthrough is right around the corner. We need to turn that corner. I have hope in that future.

Our team has stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help us rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?

Every dollar that you donate ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating to our team, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.

Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join us in the fight today.
