Honoring the life and strength of Domingo Nunez, Jr.
Wage Hope to end pancreatic cancer
A dad, brother, son, uncle and friend whose strength was unmatched to most anyone around him. If you had the pleasure of knowing Domingo, you knew he was a force to be reckoned with. His sons would say he was tough, his wife would say he was strong, his family would say he was determined, his co-workers would say he was smart and his friends would say he was loyal. And the truth is, he was all of those things and so much more.
Three years ago on September 19, our time with him was cut short from Pancreatic Cancer complications. Domingo was a pillar of our family that we miss and think of every single day. So we are doing this to honor his life, memory, and continued strength in our family.
Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. This deadly disease may have stolen our time with him, but it can’t take away our determination.
We are stepping up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Help us rewrite the future of this disease by participating with us, making a donation today or supporting our team in any way you can. We would love to have you be apart of this as much as you would like!
