Goal: $2,020

Welcome to our team fundraising page!

I’m reaching out to you for your help.

Pancreatic cancer still has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, and it is the ONLY ONE still in single-digits. It is much more common than you may think, and the number of patients diagnosed with it is still rising. Over 70% of newly diagnosed patients die in 1 year or less.

This deadly disease has stolen some our best and our brightest (Steve Jobs; Aretha Franklin to name just 2).

As a 13-year+ survivor, I’m thankful that I was given this extra time and also realize how lucky I am. When I got sick, my only child Lucy was just a 6 year-old; now I get to watch her play D1 soccer at the college of her dreams.

I’ve stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride in San Diego on Sunday, October 7th in De Anza Cove, in a walk to end pancreatic cancer. I hope you can join me. We step off at about 7 a.m. Especially if you can’t walk with me, you can really help.

Your donation will fund vital pancreatic cancer research and free services for patients and their families.

To jump start this, I commit to match the next $2,020 donated to my page by 5 pm Thursday, October 4th.Hit the Donate” button and enter my name or the Stu’s Crew team to give:

PanCAN’s goal is to “Double Survival by 2020 and Raise $200 million by 2020.” Your support can help reach both goals.

More dollars can fund even more research and provide even more Hope for the 55,000+ patients who will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year. Please join me in this fight today.

You can help PanCAN re-write the future of pancreatic cancer in America.

Thank you!
