Team McKeen

Raised: $227

Goal: $2,000

Welcome to our team fundraising page!

My beloved husband, Ross McKeen, died of pancreatic cancer on March 16, 2021, six months after his diagnosis. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, and friend, and in the final months of his life, his dog, Kid, was never far from his side. Ross was a leader in the non-profit arts community, and worked as staff or consultant for many arts groups in Oregon. He was widely loved and is tremendously missed.

I know Ross would be proud if, in his memory, support could be given to others who are coping with this terrible cancer, and awareness and therefore funding of pancreatic cancer research could be increased. That is the reason I have formed Team McKeen.

We’re going to help make progress, with your support.

Our team is participating in PanCAN’s PurpleStride, a year-round national movement that funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.

Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.

Please join our team as a participant, or make a gift of any size to get us one step closer to our fundraising goal and improving more patients’ lives. You can donate to a team member or make a general donation to the team.

Patients and families need us now more than ever.

Thank you so much for your support.
