Welcome to our team fundraising page!

My Aunt Rosie was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in May, 2017. She courageously battled this disease for 10 months. She never lost her faith and if she was faint of heart she put on a brave face for her family. She had a lot of practice being brave - she was an elementary school teacher for 39 years and the oldest of five daughters! The first in our entire family to attend college, she valued education and new experiences.

The picture is of her on her birthday at the beach and perfectly captures who she was. She enjoyed annual trips to the beach with her family, birthday parties, gift giving, celebrating holidays, decorating for holidays, antique shopping, eating delicious food, regularly attending mass and spending time with her nieces and nephew.

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.

Our team has stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help us rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?

Every dollar that you donate ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.

Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join us in the fight today.
