John Michael Tragon, III (JT3) my Dad and Sofia, Marcello and Giovanni's Grandpa was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in August of 2017. Since then we have been waging hope through prayer, love, the support of family and friends and through every dollar raised to fund research! Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and like SO many others before us, our fight with this dreadful disease ended on June 23rd 2018 when our Dad and Grandpa went home to be with God. But the final chapter is not yet written and so even with heavy hearts the battle rages on!!! Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. This deadly disease has stolen TOO many Dads and Grandpas!!! (and Moms and Grandmas, Sisters, Brothers, Aunts, Uncles, Sons, Daughters, Husbands, Wives, Partners and Friends!) But there is NEW HOPE EVERY DAY thanks to the dedicated researchers working hard to find new treatments and a CURE!!!
Will you help us rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?
You can JOIN US in our 6th PuprleStride on April 30th 2022 at the Cleveland Metropark Zoo (our last two were virtual walk thanks to COVID-19) Or you can DONATE (or both ) Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating today, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival. My Dad and family were one of thousands who benefited from services provided by PanCan!
Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join us in the fight today.
