Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Hello Everyone,

Nanette Fader-Maltese and I are leading a PanCAN Purple Stride Team (our first!). We have been closely affected by Pancreatic Cancer in several ways recently.

Nanette's dear father, Larry Fader, died of Pancreatic Cancer in 2020. A woman I’ve known and loved for over 30 years, my sons' grandmother, Sandy Shrader, died of Pancreatic Cancer in 2021. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2019, completed chemotherapy in April of 2020, and have thankfully remained cancer-free since then.

We will walk at the PanCAN Purple Stride on April 30th in Detroit, Michigan in memory of Larry Fader and Sandy Shrader to support PanCAN's efforts in the fight against this deadly disease.

Purple Stride is a year-round national movement that funds life-changing programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN's free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.

If you feel led to, please consider bringing our team one step closer to our fundraising goal with a gift of any amount. You can join our Team and walk with us on April 30th too!

We want to improve the lives of those diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and support their families.

Thank you for your support!
