Hi family and friends,
Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we! Our dad, Suthisak (Sak), died on October 10, 2022 after a relentless battle with pancreatic cancer since the start of the pandemic and was a fighter to the end. Sak was an immigrant that achieved his dream of living in the United States and raised us at the same time. Raising three energetic children in NYC was no small feat, but he worked long hard hours as a chef to support our family and went the extra mile to make sure we achieved our own dreams. His energy and persistence inspired us and many others that had the opportunity to know our dad. In his spare time, he also supported charitable causes in the Thai community and tried to help those in need. To honor and celebrate Sak's life and legacy, we are joining the PanCAN's PurpleStride movement to raise funds for life-changing programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families as well as spread awareness.
PanCAN PurpleStride is for everyone, and we’d love for you to join our team or simply just donate in his memory! Thank you for your support to bring us one step closer to the day where pancreatic cancer patients don’t just survive but thrive!
With love,
Children of Suthisak Wongbuphanimitr
