Hey, there!

I’m taking steps to end pancreatic cancer at PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

My family and I are running/walking to support the PanCAN PurpleStride Chicago 2023 in honor of Larry Maxfield. Larry was a loving husband of 43 years to Sheri, proud father to Samantha (Matt) and Clay (Miranda) and loving grandfather to Maxfield and Hayes.

Larry was taken from us after a brave 9-month battle with pancreatic cancer. It has taken our family many years to ready ourselves to come back and support the Pancan organization. As Larry would say, “we gave it the farm” when he put up the good fight.

We decided as a family that it is time to start supporting other patients and their families, and to raise awareness for treatment and a cure.

We hope that everyone will support us in our efforts to save lives and help raise vital money to fund research for new treatment options.

Team MAXCO want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need your help to do that!
