LOU'S ANGELS

On Saturday, April 29th, 2023 my team and I are participating in PanCAN PurpleStride to help end pancreatic cancer in honor of our beloved Marylou.

Marylou lost her well-fought battle with pancreatic cancer last year on March 27th. She was previously diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometrial Cancer and was officially cancer free in 2016. Through all of Marylou’s challenges, she would always remain positive and fought her battles with dignity, resilience, and strength. To know her was to love her, she lit up every room she walked into with her contagious laugh and smile. Even on the darkest days, Marylou would always be full of love, light, and faith. 

PanCAN PurpleStride is the best way to impact the lives of pancreatic cancer patients. PanCAN raises money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients, and gives them free, personalized one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services.

We want to raise money and bring awareness to help other pancreatic cancer patients like Marylou. Also to support families, friends, survivors, and others who are caring for or grieving someone they love with this disease.
