Welcome to our team fundraising page!

In November of 2016, my dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. He fought valiantly over the next year through a life-saving surgery and endured many, many months of chemo. We’ve been beyond lucky to hold onto our guy for the last 6+ years. This time and these moments together matter more than I can begin to express. 

Unfortunately, this fight doesn’t end. We continue to endure the wrath of PC and my dad’s perseverance and fight has never wavered. For that, we are eternally grateful. 

​Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 11%. This is an unacceptable statistic.

On One Big Day, through 60 PurpleStride events taking place across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.
