Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. This deadly disease stole  my sister’s life on October 24,2019  ,although she fought for seven months.  My sister dedicated her life to Christ and  that Love began her own Ministry  in 2009 ,Abiding in the Vine which due to her leadership is still thriving today . She lost her fight at 55 yrs old ( way too young ) she was a wife to her soulmate since 2006  ,mother to  eight children, grandmother to 14 , and two godchildren ,big sister to 2 sisters and 1 brother and wonderful daughter to parents  who had to bury their first child .Because of this deadly disease she never met her 2 new son in laws , see her baby girl get married , or see her goddaughter have her first child.. Karen was a pure light of laughter, joy, love, it wasn’t a party until she got there. She was comical even in her preaching and she changed so many lives with the Word of God . Although we still celebrate her memory with many stories we rather have her here with us but instead in her honor we walk so other families won’t have to feel the grief we feel today.
