We lost my mama to PC almost 5 years ago. We spent many MONTHS chasing what was making her sick. By the time her diagnosis of PC arrived, the outlook was bleak. Yet my mama stood there and decided that even if there was a small chance to beat this disease, she would give it her all. Sadly, Mama lost that battle. We have decided to take steps to end pancreatic cancer at PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Why? Because this disease need to be stopped. Because people like my mama need more than HOPE!
