Welcome to The Charmaine Zoller VA Memorial Team Page!

Hi, Family and Friends of Charmaine, and Oncology Team,

3 years ago, we lost our beloved Charmaine to pancreatic cancer. We still miss her dearly today.

The idea of forming a team for PurpleStride came soon after her passing but had to wait due to the COVID pandemic.

But this year, we are going to make it happen! We have formed The Charmaine Zoller VA Memorial Team.

For us, this is a social-reunion, team-building, health-promoting event. Of course, we have not forgotten that PurpleStride it is a fund-raising event. For us, the fund raising is nice and encouraged but not a priority for our team.

To family and friends of Charmaine and the oncology team, please register, join our team, and join us on Saturday, April 29 at the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail to walk/run with Charmaine.

An idea of having lunch together afterwards has been suggested. Please consider joining us for lunch after the event.

Anyone who registers and raises $50 will receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2023 T-shirt!

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
