Welcome to our team fundraising page!

In August of 2012 we lost our beloved Donna to pancreatic cancer. This amazing woman impacted literally thousands of lives. This team has been formed in her honor to keep her memory alive and to raise funds to advance research and improve the lives of survivors. Pancreatic cancer has the lowest 5yr survival rate of all major cancers at 13%, up from just 6% when Donna was diagnosed. Our goal is to see it at 20% by 2030. 

Will you please join me by registering for free to be a member of Donna's team to show your support and, if possible, giving what you can? A donation of $50 or more will earn you a Purple Stride Portland commemorative t-shirt.  We must demand better for those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and together we can rewrite the future of this disease.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
