Welcome to our team fundraising page!

 

Our team is raising money in support of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network by participating in PurpleStride.

Team Peggy and Mark was formed in 2016 to support Peggy Timmons and Mark Williams who both were fighting pancreatic cancer. Peggy lost her battle July 28, 2016 and Mark passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 after more than a nine year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Please help Team Peggy and Mark to continue to keep Peggy's and Mark’s spirit alive and help raise critical funds for research to help those who continue their fight against pancreatic cancer.  

By making a donation to our team, you are supporting efforts that have  since 2016 increased the five year survival rate from 6% to 13% for this deadly disease.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
