Please join my sister and I in our team’s 3rd Annual Purple Stride in memory of our parents: Iris Atiles and Jerry Nolasco. Our mother, Iris was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in June 2020 and passed away on July 15, 2020. Our father, Jerry was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer in March 2021 and passed away on September 21, 2021.

Each fighter was strong, and while their battles were different, unfortunately their outcome was the same. However, this family is not done fighting! 

We won’t allow our parents bravery, courage and hope fade away. It will live on and multiply in their legacy, us, and also through our family and friends. We will walk in celebration of their life, because we believe heaven is healing and they’ve been made whole. But, we also know and believe there is still so much work to be done so this disease doesn’t have to mean terminal. 

Expiration can no longer be the expectation! Cancer must not be fought alone, so we invite you to come be part of our team.
