Our team, PAL's Pride, is raising money in support of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network by participating in PurpleStride.

We ride/stride in memory of our Mom and Grandma, Pat Leisenheimer, who died of this cancer just 3 month after diagnosis in April 2007.

Since then, we have have been working every year to raise awareness and fund research to increase survival rates. But we have also had other friends who have lost loved ones, and we ride in their memory also; Randy McEwen, Margie Williams (1939-2015), and for my friend Kathy Wittnebel who passed in December 2021. And this year we also walk in support of our friend Dan Shea who is battling this diagnosis.
