Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we!
As many of you know, I lost my father in February of 2022. At the time of his death, he was a 12-year pancreatic cancer survivor. When he was diagnosed in 2010, the 5-year survival rate was just 5%. My dad beat the odds, and as a result, we were blessed with 12 more years with him. However, most people are not so lucky. Since my dad was diagnosed, the 5-year survival rate has more than doubled and is now 13%, but there is still so much progress to be made!
We’re going to help make progress, with your support.
Our team, Remembering Renald, is participating in PanCAN’s annual PurpleStride, a year-round national movement that funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.
Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.
Please join our team as a participant, or make a gift of any size to get us one step closer to our fundraising goal and improving more patients’ lives. You can donate to a team member or make a general donation to the team.
Patients and families need us now more than ever.
It is free to join our team!
Thank you for your support.
