Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Welcome to Team Baba's Bunch! We are walking in memory of Sanjib K. Mukherjee: beloved father, husband, uncle, and friend (and now grandfather!). Sanjib was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March 2012 and passed away less than 8 months later. 

His is a common story. Pancreatic cancer has the lowest five-year survival rate of all major cancers, at just 13%. When Sanjib was diagnosed, the five-year survival rate was only 6%. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's investments in research, patient services, and advocacy contributed to this increase, but we still have a long way to go.  

Every dollar that you donate to Team Baba's Bunch ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. Our family really appreciates your continued support!

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
