Prayer Warriors, 2024 looks very different for us. Our earthly souls tell us Vicki "lost" her battle with pancreatic cancer; however, our faith tells us she WON her earthly battle. Vicki endured close to 50 rounds of chemo treatment and 26 rounds of radiation throughout the 22 months of her diagnosis. Friends, when she chose quality of life on November 28th, we hope you saw the confidence and joy she had from that day until the day our Lord took her home on December 21, 2023. Her Celebration of Life only scratched the surface on the impact she made on us - it was a privilege hearing stories from many of you on the inspiration she gave you and we pray the same inspiration continues today!

To that end, let's continue to celebrate and remember Vicki while making sure we put a stop to this horrible disease. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network has continued to prove to be a great resource, not only to patients and their caregivers, but also to the research community, doctors, and hospitals. In February 2024, the FDA approved a new first-line treatment for pancreatic cancer. The survival rate has increased to 13%, growing another percent from 2022. This is GREAT news and just two big reasons to continue your support of PanCAN.
