I started this team after my Dad, Mark Watts (Pop Pop), passed away from aggressive metastatic pancreatic cancer in Jan. 2021, right before his 62nd birthday.  The toll it rapidly took on him and on our family has been difficult in so many ways. I miss him everyday. Even as a nurse, until his diagnosis I hadn't seen or taken care of many patients with this disease. Now the numbers and ages I've seen have been disheartening. Through grief support, I have learned more of how precious life truly is and how making the most of every moment NOW is so important.
