Hello Whipplers!

We’re getting close to the big day! We wanted to reach out with some final details for event participants. 

TSHIRTS: For those who qualify for an event t-shirt, please go to the T-SHIRT Booth to get your shirts there. 

WEATHER:  Rain or shine, the event will take place. If there is severe weather, PanCan will send out communication about cancellations.

Event Day Details

• Location: Fair Park - Court of Honor, 3939 Grand Ave., Dallas, TX, 75210
• Parking: Parking map linked here - General parking location in lots 5B, 5A, and 6A. Survivor parking is located in Lot 4B. If you arrive before 8 a.m., parking is free; if you arrive after 8 a.m. there is a $10 parking fee.

Event Schedule:

• Event village opens: 7 a.m.
• Opening ceremony: 8 a.m.
• Walk begins: 8:30 a.m.
• Event concludes: 10:30 a.m.
