In the beginning, my passion to fight pancreatic cancer was because of my family story. Three siblings, an aunt, and two first cousins, all diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. But as the years have gone by, I can't forget the pancreatic cancer fighters and their families that I have met. This is now what keeps me coming back year after year. Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 13%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination to continue to fight it and make a difference. .
