Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page in honor of Thomas Reder who was an amazing father, selfless and kind husband, loving son and brother, as well as a remarkable friend, we are supporting PanCAN’s vision to create a world in which all patients with pancreatic cancer will thrive. Thomas E Reder lost a hard-fought battle to pancreatic cancer on December 23, 2023. His spirit and strong will will remain in our hearts forever.  His strength though this journey has inspired me, my family & our friends to  raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients!

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
