Jessica was a force to be reckoned with. She was a bright and caring professional who worked like crazy to benefit her patients and a fierce friend to all she loved. She was a daughter and a cousin and so many things to so many people. 

When she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer she immediately decided that she would fight. That she could beat the odds. 

And she did. 

Jessica fought to maintain her health and live her best life for almost 3 years after her diagnosis. She braved chemotherapy and radiation. She participated in clinical trials and tried home remedies. 

Cancer may have ended Jessica's life, but it never rid her of her hope or her faith. 

This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.
