Pancreatic cancer has one of the lowest survival rates of all major cancers at just 10% after one year. Our mom Bebe was many things to many people, a mom, a wife, a sister, a best friend, a neighbor, a nurse an "Nunny".  Bebe was diagnosed with advanced stage IV pancreatic cancer in April of 2015. She was taken from us on February 21 st, 2016. For months prior to her diagnosis and for 10 months after, she endured many procedures, chemotherapy, fatigue and discomfort. It's a terrible disease. She fought the fight. 

My team and I are taking steps to end pancreatic cancer at PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 27, 2024 in DC or Community PurpleStride on Saturday May 4, 2024 in Frederick.
