Welcome to our team fundraising page!

On January 26, 2024, my beautiful & courageous mom's battle against stage 4  pancreatic cancer sadly came to an end.  She was diagnosed stage 4 more than 2 years ago in Oct 2021.  They told her she had 8-12 weeks at that point.  We are very glad they were wrong and that we got more time with her. However I strongly believe her diagnosis should have come sooner and that there is much work to be done to combat this horrible disease.

I created Team Susie's Striders in 2022, after my mom had been diagnosed and will continue to walk in her honor this year and beyond.

The walk is on Saturday, April 27, 2024 and I really do want to make the biggest impact I can so if you can help, that would be wonderful.

The PanCAN PurpleStride is the number one way PanCAN raises money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients, and gives them free, personalized one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services.  So to help them with this, please join Susie's Striders in the walk or donate a gift of any size.  Or hey --- do BOTH!  I would so love that!!!

To join my team just hit the Join Team button at the top of my page and follow a few easy steps to get set up. And anyone who registers and raises $50 will receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2024 T-shirt!

Patients and families need us now more than ever.

Thank you for your support!
