It's hard to put into words the impact that pancreatic cancer has had on my life. I vividly recall the day my Mom shared her diagnosis with me, a moment etched in my memory like it was yesterday. Despite her courageous battle, pancreatic cancer took her from us far too soon. It's been four years since she left us, yet the pain and loss still feel fresh.

Sadly, my story isn't unique. Pancreatic cancer continues to affect countless lives. Too many families face the heartache of losing loved ones to this relentless disease. 

For the past three years, our team, Val's Angels, has been a part of PanCAN’s PurpleStride, a vital initiative that funds crucial programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. Together, we're making a difference, one step at a time.
