We are participating in the SF Purple Stride in honor of the loved ones in our lives and for anyone that has had pancreatic cancer impact them in some way.

In the 9 years since I participated in my first PurpleStride, the 5-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer has increased to 13%. Even with this progress, and despite being relatively rare, pancreatic cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States.  By donating to our team, you are supporting PanCAN's efforts to continue to fight this deadly disease on all fronts, while providing free, one-on-one support to pancreatic cancer patients and their loved ones.  

April 28th marks 9 years since we lost my dad to pancreatic cancer. I will always remember my goofy, hardworking, smart, loving dad as the life of every party. He loved his family so much and always called himself “the richest man in the world” - I know he would have absolutely adored his granddaughters, nieces, and nephews. We miss you everyday.
