As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer last February 2023. I went through a major surgery called the Whipple, which takes out half of my pancreas, half of my stomach, part of my small intestine, my gall bladder, and some adrenal glands and lymph nodes. While the surgery was successful, the cancer came back this past December as it does with so many others in my situation, putting me at Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Unfortunately there is no cure for me, but with your help we can hope for a cure or better treatment for me and so many others. ​

We want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!

I’m taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024. This also just happens to be my birthday!

I know you all have already given so much, but if you would like to spare a little more, every little bit helps. Even $5 will go a long way. All funds go to pancreatic research, and hopefully with your help, you can help me and so many others to find additional treatments to prolong this fragile life! A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

You can register for PurpleStride, registration is free, but raise $50 and you’ll receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2024 T-shirt!  We also plan to get T-shirts for everyone who wants to come on the walk and be on my team, Team Neen, regardless if you are able to donate or not!
