We are walking in memory of Liz Harris. She was my momma, Nanny to my daughter, a sister, a loved one, a friend, a colleague, and so much more. My heart aches every day to hear her voice, laughter, feel her warm embrace, get advice, tell stories to, and make memories with. We thought things were normal as we went on our annual girl's trip. Momma went to the hospital on April 24th because she was Jaundice.

On 4/27/23, just a little over a week after our annual girl's trip Momma received the devastating diagnosis of Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer. They told Momma she had LESS than SIX Months without chemo, ONE Year Maybe TWO with chemo. She never made it to get her first chemo treatment. Momma joined the angels on 7/9/23. 

TEN Weeks is Not Enough Time. WE WANT MORE TIME!!!! 

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more. Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!
