Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Paul Michaelian - husband, father, brother and uncle - was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July 2021.  His journey had been long and difficult at times, but his faith and the faith of his community helped him fight a good fight.  Unfortunately, Paul succumbed to the disease on Valentine's Day, 2023, with his wife Michele and family at his side.  While we mourn his passing, we believe that his story is a beautiful testimony on how our God provides comfort and care during the course of battling pancreatic cancer.  We are grateful for all the doctors, the nurses, the researchers, the clinical trials, and the medications that provided assistance during his battle.

Team Michaelian will be walking in the Raleigh / Durham PurpleStride walk again this year.  Last year we raised just over $18K - but it was more than the money.  To be with so many people who are positive and dedicated to the PanCAN cause was amazing and inspiring.

Please join our team as a participant or make a gift of any size to get us one step closer to our fundraising goal and improving more patients’ lives. You can donate to a team member or make a general donation to the team.

While Paul is now in Heaven with no more pain and no more disease, we need to continue the quest for better treatments and a cure!

Thank you for your support.
