Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

The TJG Fund team will be participating in the PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 27, 2024 in loving memory of Thomas J. Gunning. 

Throughout his courageous 2.5 year battle with pancreatic cancer, Tom taught us all what it meant to truly live and love.  If you we're lucky enough to meet Tom Gunning, then you had a cherished friend for life. It is this friendship and love that we hope to foster and keep alive in his memory.

All money raised as part of this effort will help fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.  A gift of any size is greatly appreciated and will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
