On average, 175 people in the U.S. are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day (10th most commonly diagnosed cancer in the country).

Pancreatic cancer has had a large impact on many lives, mine included.  My mother passed away at age 54 from Pancreatic Cancer. I just found out a neighborhood mother of 3 daughters has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.  

Pancreatic Cancer has one of the highest mortality rates, yet is one of the most underfunded.  

I’m taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at OFW park.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.
