Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

​Hello Friends & Family,

In 2018, we lost a very important member of our family, Peggy Baker Metroff, to pancreatic cancer.  We all miss Peggy's infectious smile, laugh and very large heart.

Until an effective treatment, or better yet, a cure is found, we want to support patients and their families with programs that make a difference in their journey.

On April 27, 2024, family and friends of Peggy will be participating in PanCAN's PurpleStride in St. Louis.  We look forward to supporting PanCAN's mission of taking bold action to improve the lives of everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer by advancing scientific research, building community, sharing knowledge and advocating for patients.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
