Many of you may have known our mom.  She impacted so many of our lives.  She was a mother, a wife, a nana, a Nurse, a friend, the list goes on.  Those of you who knew her well, know she was a person of the purest heart.  She was selfless, strong, supportive, loving, funny, determined.  She was the first to stand by your side through a rough time, the first to make you feel comfortable in any situation, the first to come running when you have an emergency no matter how big or small.  She was the last to take something for herself before others, the last to not offer forgiveness, the last to give up.  Family was the most important thing to Sherri.  She was the absolute core to our family.  The love she had for her grandchildren and her family is what she held onto while battling this disease.  It was that love that powered her through her treatments.  It was that love that allowed her to be brave right up until her very last breath.  We stood by her side every step of the way, and will continue to walk through this life with her in our hearts.
